WILLIAM MILLS HOUSE
RESTORATION PROJECT
Reimagining the heart of Stanardsville—where legacy meets possibility.
Be part of something historic.
More than a renovation—it’s a community legacy.
OUR GOALS
PRESERVE
LOCAL HISTORY
With your support, this project will transform the historic William Mills House (c. 1840) into a functional community asset, preserving its historical value for future generations.
CREATE A COMMUNITY HUB
The house will serve as a vibrant hub that brings together residents of all ages through public events, exhibits, and shared spaces.
BUILD FUTURE PROSPERITY
The renovated house will include business incubator spaces for entrepreneurs and convert the current Town Hall into a revenue-generating commercial rental to sustain downtown revitalization efforts.
